Why I Like To Write

I like to write because I can get my thoughts down on paper. My favorite things to write are lists because I like to know what I need to get done to transfer my agenda on paper can really help me keep things straight in my mind. I cannot, will not write a book. To sit down and compose every aspect of characters their setting and what they go through is just too crazy of a feat. Anyway I feel like everything that I could think about that would be a good story is already a book or a movie. So yeah..why bother? Ive used to write a lot, mostly poems but that hasn’t continued on since high school. I have too much going on and in college classes don’t drag on for very long like they did in high school so I have no time for dabbling down some poems.

I wanna become a musician and song writer. As my hobby really not as my job, but song writing is proving more difficult than I planned. Words sound good on a page but as I say them aloud and try to put a rhythm to what I’m saying it just doesn’t work out

In all why I write is to compose myself, thoughts, and feelings. From lists to trying to create a song I write to create order and sequence in my life one checklist, or note at a time
